Our specials change daily offering seasonal products, fresh fish, seafood and our favourite international dishes,

We prepare only small quantities of each dish, ensuring top quality and ultimate freshness of all meals -when they’re gone, they’re gone-  Chef André replaces them with another original culinary wonder.

One of the most experienced and well-travelled professional chefs you will ever encounter.

He has cooked for the rich & famous over the last forty years in many different countries, on many different continents for some of the biggest internationally renowned hotels and restaurants as well as some of the most private and most exclusive.

He is a chef of the old school who learned to cook in the traditional fashion, developing a fine palate and a true passion and respect for seasonal fresh food.

This is matched by his passion for great beer and wonderful wines from all over the globe.
